Classic Spaghetti
Ingredients
Lawry’s seasoned salt
Black Pepper
1.5 lbs Ground beef
2 cloves garlic
1/4 of medium yellow onion
1/4 of medium green bell pepper
1 4oz can tomato sauce
Thin Spaghetti
Preparation
Spaghetti
In a 3 quart pot, bring two cups of water to boil
Cook until pasta is at desired texture
Ground Beef
Heat 1.5 lbs Ground beef in large skillet over medium fire
Sprinkle Lawry’s salt and pepper to taste over meat
Stir meat occasionally until half cooked
Add veggies
Garlic
Onion
Bell Pepper
Cook mixture and occasionally stir until veggies are slightly soft
Add tomato sauce to skillet
Add 1/2 cup of water and simmer over low heat for about 3 minutes until sauce becomes thick
Add cooked spaghetti to skillet
Sprinkle Lawry’s salt and back pepper to taste
Stir spaghetti and meat until evenly mixed
